Also want to add, I did an absorbency test with: Pampers Pure, Honest, Andy Pandy, Coterie, and Huggies Little Snuggler (I would never buy that one, but I did it as a “control.”). Not only do I not want to purchase Andy Pandy anymore because it’s made in China, I have to warn people that it remained soaking wet for over an hour. It didn’t leak, but the part touching your baby’s skin does not remotely wick moisture away. I suspect this is an issue with bamboo in general. Literally, I left it out to air dry for over an hour and it remained soaking wet to the touch.

Pampers Pure and Huggies Little Snugglers were completely dry within 5 minutes and Honest and Coterie were dry within 10 minutes.

Overall, I suspect eco-wise and effectiveness, Coterie was the best in my test. However, they are INCREDIBLY expensive.

I ended up sticking with Honest, and I object to the idea that Pampers Pure can be interchangeable with it. Honest is TCF vs. Pampers Pure that is ECF. Honest doesn’t test on animals and is legitimately chlorine-free. Pampers is a P&G brand, a company that as a whole does not do any favors for the environment. I also do not believe the diapers are anywhere near as chemical free as Honest. This is just my OPINION based on reading reviews as clear information is hard to come by.

That being said, I buy 7th generation wipes vs. Honest because Honest wipes are made in China (the diapers are made in Mexico).

I’d be curious how Hello Bello stands up environmentally. Effectiveness, I am confident based on my experience that Honest is superior.
