i purchased the baby jogger city view car seat. i took it out of the box yesterday and the first thing i did was feel the padding. not good! it’s really thin! i was so taken back by it’s thinness i thought i may have gotten a defective seat. where’s the padding? i imagine that to a child this seat will feel like sitting on bare plastic. this car seat is expensive! it may have other good features but the thin padding is a deal breaker. it’s going back. i expected better.

Hello!

You are not alone! The amount of car seats out there is overwhelming, then trying to find one to fit in a smaller back seat makes it that much harder.

I would suggest the Graco Milestone All-in-One or the Diono Radian RXT. Both of these made our Best Narrow Car Seats list and our Best Car Seats for Small Cars list.
