Emily Lesh is a soon-to-be mother of three with a big heart for encouraging and connecting with other moms.
As a stay-at-home mom, Emily shares her life, experiences and expertise with other moms through YouTube. Her goal is to let other mothers know they are not alone in their parenting journeys. She also gives back to her community, serving at her church and as a mentor to young girls.
Emily graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Health, Nutrition and Exercise Science. She was a personal trainer and still teaches group exercise classes.
Emily and her family live in Tucson, AZ. She has been married to her husband, who serves in the military, for 7 years. They have two sons and are expecting a third baby boy to join their family in early September 2021.
